Refund Policy
This policy explains when refunds are available for New AI Stack subscriptions, how cancellations work, and how to request support.

1. Overview
New AI Stack sells digital SaaS subscriptions and software access. Because our products are delivered electronically and activated immediately upon purchase, refunds are limited to the situations described in this policy.
This policy applies to purchases made directly through https://newaistack.com or our authorized checkout partners (including Paddle, Stripe, and Lemon Squeezy).
2. Subscription model
Most New AI Stack products are offered as recurring subscriptions (monthly or annual). When you subscribe, you receive immediate access to the software for the billing period you paid for.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancellation timing.
3. When refunds are available
We may approve a full or partial refund in the following situations:
- Billing errors: you were charged incorrectly, charged twice, or charged a different amount than shown at checkout
- Duplicate charges: the same subscription or order was processed more than once
- Technical failure on our side: a verified platform issue prevented you from accessing the service for a substantial period during your paid billing cycle and we could not resolve it within a reasonable time
- Unauthorized purchase: you did not authorize the transaction and report it promptly with supporting details
Refund decisions are made case by case based on account activity, payment records, and support history.
4. When refunds are not available
We generally do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase or after using the service
- Partial use of a billing period — including cases where you used the product for part of the month and then decided to cancel
- Failure to cancel before renewal — renewal charges are non-refundable once processed, except where required by applicable law or where a billing error occurred
- Plan downgrades mid-cycle (unused time is not typically credited or refunded)
- Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service or misuse of the platform
- Third-party costs such as API usage, integrations, or external services you connected to your account
- Dissatisfaction with AI output quality where the service functioned as described — AI results can vary and should be reviewed before critical use
5. Free trials and promotional offers
If we offer a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends unless stated otherwise at signup. To avoid charges, cancel before the trial converts to a paid subscription.
Promotional discounts, coupon codes, and limited-time offers are subject to the terms displayed at checkout and are generally non-refundable beyond the standard rules in this policy.
6. Cancellation policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Using the billing or account settings in your dashboard, or
- Emailing us at newaistack@gmail.com from your account email address
After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated. We do not typically provide prorated refunds for unused time after cancellation.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel billing. Please cancel your subscription before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
7. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us with:
- The email address associated with your account
- Your order or transaction ID (if available)
- The product or plan name
- The date of purchase
- A clear explanation of the reason for your request

8. Refund processing timeline
We review refund requests within 5 business days. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. International payments may take longer.
If your purchase was processed by Paddle, Stripe, or Lemon Squeezy, the refund will be handled through that provider in accordance with their processing timelines.
9. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting support may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
